Privacy policy

What we collect

If you create an account we store your cell number, name, optional email, truck type, preferred lanes, minimum rate, drop-off and destination, and the matches we send you. If you pay, Stripe handles the card. We never see full card numbers.

Brokers who connect a load board store an API key and optional service account, encrypted at rest. Pasted loads include whatever origin, rate, and contact you submit.

How we use it

We use this to match loads to your route, show in-app alerts, send SMS when a Twilio number is connected, and bill paid plans. We do not sell phone numbers or load data. We do not scrape DAT, Truckstop, or 123Loadboard.

SMS

By requesting a login code you agree we may text a one-time passcode to that US number. Alert texts are optional and only go out when SMS is connected. Message frequency varies with matches. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of alerts once SMS is live; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention

You can delete your account in Settings. That removes your profile, routes, and alerts. Billing records may remain with Stripe as required by law.
